We have been workinging in this profession for 23 years. Our experience has allowed us to effectively carry out approx. 4,000 real estate transactions. Many of the current owners of offices Koszalin are our former employees, trained by Barbara Urbanowicz.

2. Transaction security

Actual supervision over all the transaction will exercise licensed real estate agents: Barbara Urbanowicz (license number 389), Grzegorz Urbanowicz (license number 1886). Before the transaction, we always verify and check the legal status of property: any mortgage, the claims of bailiffs, debt and other restrictions imposed on the property. Always with the customer we are to the end, including the transfer of keys.
